My Thoughts
First of all I am OBSESSED with who ever even thought of inventing a vibrating makeup brush!! It really does take the effort out of having to make sure you've blended all your foundation properly! No more doing a double chin look to check if you have any dodgy neck lines from your face to neck - girls you know the pain

In terms of blending foundation to make this a fair review I must say I never use a flat top brush to apply foundation as I rather using a densely packed dome brush - (it gives better coverage) therefore I think from the start I will say I wouldn't use this brush head for foundation typically but rather the "Buff UP" brush head would be better suited to apply foundation.

Brush Head that comes with the Sonic Brush

Preferred Brush head.
However what I will say, is when using the brush I do find it takes less foundation to cover my entire face, than my typical foundation brush. The brush blended foundation better than my typical one however not an amazing difference that would make me want to repurchase it over my typical morphe one, Ill tell you why below.
However what realllyyy made a massive difference was my contour/bronzer + setting powder. I always find blending out cream contour can make my skin look muddy or else disturb the foundation underneath. The sonic brush it buffs out contour and bronzer like a dreammmmm it doesn't move the product to much rather it blends the edges and smooths it into my skin very nicely. I was skeptical using a setting powder on the brush as I had visions of it going all over my clothes. I was actually very surprised! The powder buffs into my skin filling in my pores literally making them disappear and my skin appear flawless.

"Perfect Spot Cover up"

Since the Blend up really buffs foundation into skin instead of rubbing it on top, it made it perfect for covering spots with out them looking very caked up with too much makeup and without  the concealer losing any of its coverage.

Quality
The brush feels slightly weighted therefore I find it very easy to hold it like a pencil and using circular motions beld out my foundation, I found gently gliding it over my face was the best way of blending out making rather than stippling and dragging the brush,  it feels very sturdy and made of good quality material. The brush mechanism itself means its very easy to change the brush head to a different type all you have to do is pull the brush off and swap it, its pretty much fool proof!

Price
After trailing for over a week I still don't know how I feel about the price of the Blend UP Sonic Brush, it costs £70 to purchase which in my eyes is pretty expensive, however it is one of the first of its kind and after the £70 purchase you wouldn't need to repurchase it ever again, so in the long run maybe it is worth it? In not sure I'm still not fully swayed.

Overall Thoughts
While the brush does exactly what it says I cant help but feel it's slightly overpriced for being a makeup brush. Yes with liquid foundation I feel like it gives better results than my typical Morphe M439 brush however as I  said previously I think the 'Buff UP' Brush head would be a much better contender, I also think this brush head would work faster at blending in foundation.

In terms of applying powder and contour, however I am in love! The sonic brush has swayed me, no brush I have ever tried blends bronzer and contour as flawlessly as this does! I don't know what it is but it just makes my contour and bronzer look super smooth and natural even though my face is contoured to the hills... And its the same for setting powder, it fills in my pores effortlessly and really buffs product in to give my skin a really smooth appearance.

I just can't wait until they invent sonic eyeshadow brushes! Think of how little effort an eye look will take!
What's your thoughts on a Sonic Makeup Brush is it just a gimmick or the start of a revolution for all makeup brushes?
