 L'Oréal Pure Clay Detox Mask

L'Oréal have recently came out with a new set of face masks targeted for specific skin worries - Purity Mask, Detox Mask and Glow Mask
This is one of the two I love. The overall formula of these masks are clay ingredients, this means it the mask visibly pulls out the oils and grim in your skin, a little disgusting  but I love these kinds of masks!

The L'Oréal masks are slightly tougher on your skin compared to the LUSH Facemask as I find I wouldn't be able to overuse them on my sensitive skin, for example the instructions say to use 2/3 times a week where as my skin can just about can handle twice.

Pros
  • Deep cleanses and draws out oils - you can visibly see once the mask has dried the areas oil has be pulled from.
  • Leaves skin feeling smoother and tightened
  • Very good at reducing oil on skin
  • Good design being in a tub rather than sachet

Cons
  • Overuse can cause irritation
  • Harder to remove due to the clay

For those with oily acne prone skin, it can be a struggly to find something that will give your skin a glow instead of the "oil slick look." So for anyone trying to find a mask that will give your skin a nice glow yet doesn't cause a oily mess, give this one a go!

Pros
  • Tiny beads give a great exfoliation
  • Helps combat oily skin
  • Doesn't dry out skin
  • Isn't harsh on skin

Cons
  •  Be careful when removing beads can cause irritation
  • Skin can be slightly red after use due to Red Algae.
